• Bring 48 oz of cranberry water to a boil.
• Place 1/2 t. cinnamon, 1/2 t. ginger, 1/2 t. nutmeg directly to cranberry water
• Simmer 15 minutes - cool to room temp.
• Stir in 12 oz. of both orange and lemon juice.

Alternate drinking 8 ounces of "Omni Juice" and 8 ounces of water during the day. Drink at least 72 ounces of water throughout the day.
